Ibiza Old Town has 2 distinct parts. The Dalt Vila (High Town) lies up at the top of a hill, enclosed in fortifications, and entered via "the Rampart". It dates back to the times of the Moorish occupation of the Iberian Peninsula and was known as "Yavissa" during that time.

Squeezed between the Dalt Vila and the harbour, at sea level, is "La Marina", which is a triangular shaped piece of land, made up of a warren of whitewashed buildings, full of houses, boutiques and bars.

At the end of the point, that is "La Marina" is "Cap Sa Penya".

IbizaTownHouse is the second last house on the point, and on one side faces a typical street of the area, but on the other side is actually on a cliff with views to Formentera and Dalt Vila.

The house is split into an upper duplex, which is entered from the cliff path. This is Duplex Miranda. On a lower floor, with a private entrance from the street is Apartamento Sa Riba.

There is a street level floor, which is at present used for Storage.
